The service

Symbioz Esport lets you follow esports matches, competitions, teams and players, take part in match discussions, and collect digital cards based on real esports players and performances. Some features are introduced gradually, and a feature can be unavailable, limited or changed.

Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• If you forget your password, use Forgot password. You can sign out every device from Settings.
• Minimum age: [minimum age — to be completed by the operator].

Community rules

Be respectful. Harassment, hate, threats, spam, impersonation, sharing someone's personal information, and illegal content are not allowed. You can report a comment, a chat message or a member. Moderators can hide content and restrict or suspend accounts that break these rules. You keep the rights to what you post, and you allow Symbioz to show it on the service.

Cards and Aura

• Cards and Aura are digital items for use on Symbioz only. They have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Your first Player Card is free. While features such as Aura rewards, packs or the Marketplace are not open, your cards stay in your collection.
• Cards are based on real esports data from third-party sources, which can be late, incomplete or corrected.

Esports data and names

Match, team and player information comes from esports data providers and may contain errors. Game, league, team and player names and logos belong to their respective owners.

Changes, suspension and liability

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Limitation of liability and governing law: [liability and governing-law clauses — to be completed by the operator].
