Who is responsible
Symbioz Esport is operated by B. Evan, 10 rue Chemire, 13003 Marseille, France. For any question about your data: symbiozesport.contact@gmail.com.
What we store
- Your account: e-mail address, username, display name, bio, favourite games and the date you joined. Your password is stored only as a one-way hash.
- What you do on Symbioz: the teams, players, events and members you follow; your comments, match chat messages, reactions and reports; your notification settings and notifications.
- Your collection: the cards you own, how you got them, your Aura history, and any image you choose for a Player Card you own.
- Signed-in devices: for each session, when it started and was last used and the browser's user agent. Password-reset requests are stored as one-time codes that expire.
- Technical logs: our servers record requests (including the IP address) to keep the service secure, limit abuse such as password guessing, and fix errors. How long these logs are kept: [log retention period — to be completed by the operator].
Esports data (matches, teams, players, statistics) comes from esports data providers. No personal data about you is sent to them.
Why we use it
- to run your account and keep you signed in;
- to show your profile, collection and activity, and to deliver the notifications you asked for;
- to moderate community content and protect the service against abuse;
- to send you service e-mails only when needed, for example a password-reset link.

Cookies and storage on your device
Symbioz sets one cookie, which is strictly necessary to keep you signed in. It cannot be read by page scripts and is only sent to our sign-in endpoints. Your browser's local storage holds your current sign-in token. No advertising or analytics trackers run on Symbioz at this time. If that changes, this page will say so and your consent will be asked where required.
Who else processes it
Our hosting provider ([hosting provider and location — to be completed by the operator]) and our e-mail delivery provider ([e-mail provider — to be completed by the operator]) process data on our behalf. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Your account data is kept while your account exists. After a deletion request, the account is deleted within [deletion delay — to be completed by the operator]. Records we must keep for legal or security reasons are kept only for as long as required: [exceptions — to be completed by the operator].
Your rights
- Access and portability: download all your data at any time from Settings → Your data.
- Correction: edit your profile from your profile page.
- Deletion: ask for your account to be deleted from Settings → Delete account, or write to symbiozesport.contact@gmail.com.
- Notifications: switch each kind of notification on or off in Settings.
You can also object to some uses or ask us to restrict them, and you can complain to your data-protection authority ([competent authority — to be completed by the operator]).
